Guests arrived at the County Club and were then escorted up to the bar and themed courtyard area. Photographs were taken of individuals, couples and groups posing with props generously supplied by Fairy Godmother fancy dress hire.

Tables in the Doric Suite were illuminated with pumpkin centrepieces which were kindly supplied by Crockford Bridge Farm. During dinner, guests were made aware of surprise envelopes under their place settings, each one containing SophistOcasion scratch cards. Winners were awarded with tickets
for a tour of the Hogs Back Brewery (our event sponsor). Prizes for the best costumes were then awarded to the best male, female, and best themed couple/group, and all were kindly supplied by the Hogs Back Brewery.

The dancing then followed, with a fantastic set from the guys at Buckwild Entertainment, who
kept the dance floor busy throughout the evening. The event drew to a close and each guest took home a gift as a thank you for coming to our event.
